Flower Delivery

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled
  • Any changes to the order will be subject to availability
  • We will attempt to make the delivery as per your preferred time. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we will not be able to commit to the exact time of the delivery. (Not to be used in case of a Fixed Time Delivery)
  • We request you to share your concerns/complaints, if any, with us within 48 hours of the delivery time
  • In certain locations, flowers may have to be sent via courier. Therefore, the flowers may be packed in a courier box (For International deliveries).

Spa Referrals

  • All appointments are subject to availability and will be basis confirmation
  • Entrust Family Office does not have any pre-agreed contractual obligations with the mentioned establishments
  • Entrust Family Office does not guarantee timeliness, or the quality of service offered by the mentioned establishments.

Restaurant/Bars & Lounge Referrals

  • Table reservations are subject to availability
  • Right to admission is reserved with the Bar/Lounge Management. As per prevailing laws, guests might be asked to show valid age proof at the time of entry, wherever applicable
  • Service of alcohol is restricted to the minimum age as notified by the local laws
  • Entrust Family Office does not have any pre-agreed contractual obligations with the mentioned restaurants
  • Entrust Family Office does not guarantee timeliness, or the quality of service offered by the mentioned restaurants

Goods/Service Referrals

  • The above information is purely on a referral basis
  • The quoted prices are subject to change
  • The actual product may vary from the images as displayed in the attachment(s)
  • Entrust Family Office does not have any pre-agreed contractual obligations with the mentioned providers
  • Entrust Family Office does not guarantee the timeliness and the quality of service offered by the mentioned providers.

International Purchases

  • Customs clearance is subject to local customs laws. Entrust Family Office and/or the Service Provider do not hold any responsibility for any matters related to the customs and the applicable laws
  • The above delivery cost does not include customs fee. Customs fee may or may not be applicable. Customs duty, if any, shall be paid by the buyer. Entrust Family Office and/or the Service Provider shall not be liable to pay any customs duty
  • Deliveries may take longer to reach than the suggested time frame
  • Transaction fee will be applicable on overseas billing and all charges will be converted to USD (If any other currency is involved other than USD).

Movie Tickets (When tickets are purchased through a runner)

  • Entrust Family Office does not have any pre-agreed contractual obligation with the respective theatre(s)
  • Tickets are subject to availability at the point of booking
  • Runner charges will be applicable even if the tickets are sold out by the time the runner reaches the box office counter

Event Tickets (Sports/Concerts etc.)

  • Ticket availability is subject to change at the time of booking
  • No ticket reservations are made unless explicitly confirmed
  • Face value of the tickets may differ from the actual payable amount as the tickets, especially when sold through Third Party/Event Managers
  • Entrust Family Office does not have any pre-agreed contractual obligations with the respective Service Provider/Event Managers
  • Entrust Family Office does not guarantee the timeliness and the quality of service offered by the mentioned provider(s)

International travel rates are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Any increase in foreign exchange rates at the time of payment may impact the final cost.

Cancellation & Amendment Disclaimer

Cancellation, amendment, and no-show charges will be as per airline/hotel policy and may vary by fare type and supplier.
