Nelson is a seasoned investment professional with 25 years of experience across Investment advisory, wealth management, and insurance verticals. Grounded in a deep understanding of long-term market dynamics, his core competencies include optimisation of client portfolios through asset allocation frameworks and portfolio alignment in line with Investment Policy Statements.

Nelson has held key roles at top-tier financial institutions, including ICICI Bank, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, Citibank, and HDFC Standard Life. Most recently, he served as Executive Director at Waterfield Advisors.

Nelson holds a master’s in business administration from Bangalore University, specialising in finance, and has completed certifications in Behavioral Finance by Duke University and Financial Markets (with Honors) by Yale University.

Apart from his professional achievements, Nelson is a passionate biker, is into music and plays the guitar.
