Dheepa Raagavan

Dheepa is the CFO for Entrust and oversees the operations and governance as CFOO. She also oversees both the firm’s CFO Services vertical—including individual and corporate CFO offerings. Her responsibilities include driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless technology integration, strengthening processes, and supporting the firm’s strategic objectives.

With over 20 years of post-qualification experience spanning manufacturing, service industries, and financial advisory, Dheepa brings a wealth of expertise in finance, operations, and strategic leadership. Prior to joining Entrust, she served as Chief Financial Officer and Interim CEO at Sindoori Management Solutions Pvt Ltd, part of the Apollo Hospitals Group, where she successfully led two business verticals with a focus on cost optimization, profitability improvement and business turnaround.

Dheepa began her career at Infosys Ltd. Bangalore, and has since developed a proven track record as a dynamic finance and operations leader with strong commercial acumen. She is adept at stakeholder communication fostering client relationships and has led cross-cultural global teams. She believes in leading with empathy.

Dheepa is a Chartered Accountant and holds an Executive MBA in Finance.
